Privacy Policy

Intelligent Automation, LLC ("IA", "we") operates Argos Alert ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account data — your work email, full name, company name, plan tier, and a cryptographically signed session cookie.
• Operational data — alerts and incidents you ingest, on-call schedules you configure, runbooks you author, and channel credentials you store (always encrypted at rest in our Vault).
• Audit log — every state change is appended to a hash-chained audit log. We never delete audit entries.
• Server logs — request metadata (IP, user agent, status, latency) retained for 30 days for abuse and reliability.

What we don't collect

• No third-party analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies.
• We do not send the content of your alerts to any third party. Winston AI processes your data via Anthropic's API under a zero-retention agreement.

Where data lives

All Service data is hosted in DigitalOcean (United States). Encrypted backups are held in DigitalOcean Spaces (also US).

SMS messaging

When an organization enrolls an on-call recipient, Argos Alert may send operational SMS alerts (incident pages, escalations, and reminders) to that recipient's mobile number. SMS is used solely for operational incident notifications — never for marketing. Message frequency varies with incident volume; there is no fixed cadence. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can text STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for assistance. SMS is delivered through licensed messaging carriers (Twilio and/or Plivo) acting as sub-processors; no recipient mobile data is sold or shared for marketing.
